I know that cutscenes pretty much destroy the entire concept of speed running, however, I find they make watching the runs much more interesting. Does anyone know of a few runs which keep the cutscenes?

Try the 2nd and 3rd Prince of Persia games. They both have cut-scenes you can't skip, so you basically don't even have to play the game, you can just watch it and get the whole story. I have about 5 days worth of speed-runs so Zelda: OoT, but that skips a lot of stuff to save time. I think Half-Life 2 has all scenes as well, if you go with the one that was played without macros. The God of War series is like that, I'll add more if I can think of any others.
